A myriad of options, with even more optional extras, and a full complement of facilities to choose from, the Sunnyside Park Hotel is able to offer you world-class facilities for up to 400 delegates.

With 11 different venues, four different package options and a wide range of standard and optional features to choose from, you can rest assured that we are more than equipped to ensure that your event goes smoothly and according to plan. All conference venues are air-conditioned. Seven of these offer natural light.

Option 1: Day Conference Package

This package refers to a full day conference, from 08h00 to 17h00 and includes:

  • Upon arrival: Tea, coffee, Milo, hot chocolate, fresh fruit juice, and buttermilk and whole wheat rusks upon arrival
  • Mid-morning tea: Tea, coffee, fresh fruit juice, a selection of mini savoury snacks with dips or open sandwiches
  • Buffet lunch
  • Afternoon tea: Tea, coffee and bakers selection

The main conference venue including the use of all standard conference equipment, namely:

  • 1 x Flipchart
  • 1 x Whiteboard
  • 1 x Screen
  • 1 x TV & VCR.
  • Notepads, pens, mineral water and mints
  • Complimentary 24-hour parking


Optional extras (price provided on request):

  • Permanent coffee/tea station in the conference venue
  • Data projectors (limited stock available)
  • PA system
  • Microphones
  • 9/12 Screen

Option 2: Half-Day Conference Including Lunch

This package refers to a morning or afternoon session with lunch, and includes:

  • Upon arrival: Tea, coffee, Milo, hot chocolate, fresh fruit juice, and buttermilk whole-wheat rusks upon arrival
  • Tea break: Tea, coffee, fresh fruit juice, a selection of mini savoury snacks with dips or open sandwiches
  • Buffet lunch

  • 1 x Overhead projector (overhead projector pens not supplied)
  • 1 x Flipchart
  • 1 x Whiteboard
